A Little Bit About Me
Bio: My central aim is to keep Allah and his teachings as a core pillar in my life and to seek Allah's pleasure in All that I do. My biggest passion is learning my deen both through books and by attending events at the local masajid. I also very much enjoy volunteering at the masajid and in serving the family and the community as a whole. Additionally, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with loved ones. I will cherish time with my spouse just like I cherish time with my family. I like to be social but sometimes just like to listen. I love to be a lending ear as well as give suggestions and provide assistance through challenges. I try to implement any sunnahs I learn such as having a beard and using miswak.

I aim to daily incorporate Quran and reflection on it. I value self purification daily listen to my teacher from Chicago to help bring my mindset as close as I can to the sunnah mindset.

I am American born and was raised in Albany, NY. I have recently moved to Houston and enjoy the plethora of islamic programs. I am currently entering 3rd year of medical school and will graduate in 2026. I am enrolled in the Zaid Academy part time course and am in the process of learning Quranic Arabic. I have taught weekend Islamic school in the past and will see if I can fit it in with my life and practice in the future inshallah.
